Enter At Your Own Risk

I am using this blog as a tool to get the chatter out of my head into a visual dynamic that I can work on and expand and achieve what I believe to be my destiny. Life can be complicated at times, and we have nobody to blame but ourselves. We get so caught up in petty bullshit that we lose sight of the tings that truly matter.

Here is what I hope to accomplish:

Health-wise, I would like to lose 80 pounds in one year. I feel this will eliminate some of my physical malady's like back and knee pain, blood pressure and energy.  That's 7 pounds per month for 12 months. I will do this with a healthier and more disciplined diet and moderate exercise. I have "Silver Sneakers" with my insurance which gives me health club access and I want to participate in the DDP Yoga videos that I have. I will start March 1st. In the days proceeding I will put together an action plan and will hold myself accountable by daily postings here.

I would like to increase my income with additional increases until ultimate financial goal is met. Let's face it...My days of earning and saving for the future are getting numbered and I need to figure out the exact numbers to shoot for. Again, this will have a March 1st start date and I will develop an action plan and more specifics in the following few days that remain in February.

I would like to design and become the man I want and need to be. I am like Dr, Frankenstein building his monster and THIS, my friends, is my laboratory. The key is perseverance and persistence. That and knowing exactly where I want to go.
